If you want that personal training attention at a lower cost than 1:1 coaching, this class is ideal. It will help build your fitness and improve your overall health. This program is made for a limited number of like minded people, with a goal to improve their fitness and strength levels. Training in the valley of Bucks Mills there will be plenty of fresh  air and great views to keep the vibe high.
Beach Fit
A hybrid class focusing on interval and tempo running mixed in with body weight exercises. Designed to improve aerobic/anaerobic fitness but also incorporating functional movements to improve how your body moves and performs.

This fun and invigorating class takes place on the beautiful Westward Ho! or the sandy Instow beaches. Sea dip afterwards is optional!
